Appointments & Services
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. We prefer to see preschool children in the morning because they are fresher and generally more cooperative earlier in the day. School children with a lot of treatment to be done should also be seen in the morning because we will have ample time to provide a more comfortable experience. Dental appointments are an excused absence.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each patient. We ask that you please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. We are then able to schedule another patient who needs our care. We realize that unexpected events do happen but we ask for your assistance in this regard.
Parents are welcome to come back with their child during their visit. We want your child’s appointment to be pleasant for both, parent and child.
We offer digital radiography, which decreases the amount of radiation that your child receives, compared to regular x-rays.

Payment & Fees
Payment for our services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We offer insurance assistance by filing your claim electronically and communicating with your insurance company until your claim has been processed to ensure payment.
We accept several forms of payment including cash, checks, Care Credit, and all major credit cards.
